Spiced Fig Not Ketchup combines sweet Mission figs from California with warm, fragrant spices like anise, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, plus a hit of ground black pepper to shake your palate awake. Use this rich sauce to finish a grilled rib-eye steak, baste a leg of lamb, or dress up a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. Can be used as a marinade, grilling glaze, roasting sauce, or dip.
There’s no “stupid stuff” in Not Ketchup gourmet fruit ketchups – just ripe fruit, farm-fresh onions, pure apple cider vinegar, natural sweeteners, and secret spice blends. No corn syrup, no white sugar, no preservatives, and definitely no artificial colors or flavors.

The backstory: I created Not Ketchup after my kids and I picked 30 pounds of cherries at a pick-your-own orchard in Leona Valley last year. I made pie, cobbler, and jam, and I still had 15 pounds of cherries to use up. "I wonder if you can make ketchup out of cherries?" I thought. And it turns out that you can and it's DELICIOUS!
Hope you enjoy Not Ketchup and thanks for supporting my brand new business!
